• Rebate Rate:
  • Rebate Rate: Purchase on Non-Proprietary Brans (bands sold by Vantage other than Vantage Proprietary Brands, including, but not limited to, Greg Norman, VanHeusen, Gildan, and Eagle Shirtmakers) will be paid at one-half of the applicable rebate percentage.

 

• Exclusions:
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following types of orders and charges are completely excluded from the rebate: POLO Ralph Lauren, t-shirts, imported orders (SourceOne), art charges, contract decoration, freight, handling, closeouts, and pricing below EQP

 

• Disclosure:
  • Vantage does not agree to stipulated excluded orders, including pricing below EQP, in each quote.  This is not a feasible request.  This agreement shall serve as adequate notice of Vantage’s 2017 rebate offering.

 

• Conditions:
  • Rebates are based on paid orders within terms.  If any member joins or is acquired by any buying group, purchasing association, or other entity that would entitle that member to the possibility of a rebate from Vantage Apparel independent of this agreement, then that member shall not be entitled to claim a rebate under this agreement.

 

• Other Terms:
  • Rebates will be issued as an internal credit memo in the first quarter of 2018.  This agreement will be valid from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017
