·       BIC Graphic offers 2 great opportunities with a Volume Rebate and a Growth Rebate.  Distributors that qualify will receive a Rebate credit based on 2017 total eligible* BIC Graphic net sales (in US dollars) of merchandise shipped and invoiced between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017

·        Total Eligible* Invoiced Net Sales (USD) – from $1

·         Volume rebate – 3%

·         Grow 5% - Receive an additional 1%

·         Grow 10% - Receive an additional 2%

·         Eligibility

·         Distributor must satisfy the following condition to be eligible for the volume rebate

·         Volume Rebate

§      The minimum is defined as eligible* BIC Graphic invoices net sales (in US dollars) from
$1. *Excludes freight, personalized distributor samples, custom solutions, global sourced, Norwood®, Pacific Solutions®, golf balls, distributor sales kits, catalogs and random samples.

·         Growth Rebate

·       Each distributor member can achieve a growth rebate by growing its eligible* BIC Graphic net sales (in US dollars) by increments of 5% and 10% over prior year eligible* net sales in accordance with the above scales. The additional rebate will be applied to the total eligible* net sales for 2017.  If a distributor member is up 5%, then the distributor member will receive an additional 1% rebate.  If a distributor member is up 10%, then the distributor member will receive an additional 2% rebate. Rebate is calculated for each distributor member based on its individual sale. *Excludes freight, personalized distributor samples, custom solutions, global sourced, Norwood®, Pacific Solutions®, golf balls, distributor sales kits, catalogs and random samples.

·       Example – Distributor member had eligible* BIC Graphic net sales at $100,000 in 2016 and $110,000 in 2017.  Distributor member should receive a Volume Rebate of $3,300 (3% on $110,00) + Growth Rebate of $2,200 (10% Growth = additional2% on $110,000), for a combined Total Rebate of $5,500.

·         How Credit is Issued

§      The rebate will be issued as a credit memo (in USD) in January 2018 and can be applied to outstanding invoices with BIC Graphic. Each distributor member will get an individual credit memo posted to their account based on their year-end dollars and the group’s growth incentive.  The credit memo must be applied by September 30, 2018, or it will be forfeited. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE CURRENT WITH BIC GRAPHIC TO RECEIVE A REBATE CREDIT MEMO.
