• Preferred Production Times:
  • Providing your account is current with Towel Specialties, you will receive payment terms of net 30 days. Credit limit to be determined upon receipt of updated credit information.
• Samples:
  • Random Samples – We will furnish FREE random decorated sample, up to $25 in value per day.  Simply provide us with your FedEx or UPS account number.
  • Paper Proofs – No charge for first paper proof with each order.
  • Spec Samples – Towel Specialties will one free embroidered or screen printed spec sample to each of your company’s reps, each year (1 color imprint or up to 8,000 stitches at no charge). Color fusion on towels and blankets (only) also qualify in 2017.  Customer received first set up at no charge.  See catalog for additional setup chares.  Customer must provide a UPS or FedEx account number. Please allow at least 7-10 business days.
  • Virtual Samples – Towel Specialties will provide free virtual samples of any item in our product line.  Virtual sample requests should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject like “Virtual Sample: Logo/Image Name.  Please allow 48/72 hours for virtual sample requests
  • Self-Promotion Program – EQP less 25% on all products except for Colorfusion bags and sarongs. Xpress Towels collection does qualify. An embroidery tape (up to 8,000 stitches) or one screen is provided at no additional charge. Catalog minimum apply.
  • Economy West Ship Program – Towel Specialties will coordinate our production schedule so your order ships on the appropriate Friday closest to your event date.  Orders shipping to California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico will arrive on Tuesday.  Orders shipping to Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming will arrive on Wednesday. Call for information concerning Hawaii shipments.   With this program, you will be billed the UPS ground rate minus 20% simply by using a Towel Specialties designated shipper. You MUST indicate ECONOMY WESST on your purchase order. 500 pound minimum to receive the full 20% discount (smaller shipments will qualify for 2-3 day service at regular UPS rates). Orders with provided shipper numbers do not qualify for this program.  The information contained on this and the associated web pages is a confidential nature and is strictly for the use of members of the Premier Group.  Members are granted a nontransferable, limited license to access and use this confidential information.  Only authorized members may access these pages and obtain the information contained herein.  Any further reproduction, transmittal, distribution or use of this confidential information is prohibited.
