EQP on all custom printed non-woven, paper or plastic bags starting at first column with the exception of color evolution, then 2nd column. EQP does not apply to custom/larger quantity section of catalog. EQP does not apply to Dye Sublimated products on pages 10-15 or full color die cuts on page 101. For bags specials that include free plates such as Halloween, EQP starts at 500 bags. Self-promos on bags is EQP less 20% for a max of first and second column quantities. Additional sides and locations of imprint are billed at full price. Also, one free screen for screen printing, on plate up to 6x6 on flexo ink imprint, but all hot stamp dies billed at $64 net. Random samples are free with a shipper number being provided. Spec samples are $64 net. Year-end rebates only include domestic orders billed at EQP. Custom/large quantity/import orders are not subject to year-end rebates. 

EXCLUSIONS

• *Overdue invoices (those not paid within 45 or more days)
• Any invoice that there is any form of discount other than the standard EQP pricing normally received.
• Plain bag orders or Halloween orders.
• Overseas/Custom orders
• Extra charges – freight, set-ups, run charges, art and copy charges PMS matches
• Self-promos
• Note: The FBP will apply to American Ad Bag orders based on pricing from the short run section of the catalog paid within 45 days.
